Infra-Metals is currently looking for an experienced CNC Burning Machine Operator. Infra-Metals provides value-added processing services and distributes a full line of metal products to various industries.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience operating Plate Burning Machines (Plasma or Oxy-Fuel) in a steel service center or fabrication environment with experience operating an overhead crane a plus. Experienced candidates should have the technical knowledge and ability to properly set up and operate the machine and be able to manage their time wisely to complete orders. Computer skills are necessary. The plate burning must meet the size and tolerance requirements stated in the processing work orders. - The Maintenance Technician supports and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives and strives to improve safety, procedures, quality, and efficiency in all areas of responsibility.
- General working knowledge of diesel engines, fuel management systems, hydraulic systems associated with large industrial fork trucks, computerize band saws for cutting mild carbon steel, CNC Oxy Fuel burning machines, blaster, and plasma machines.
